We start with a first layer of special tape to prevent the Kit (lute) from getting into the nipples. This also makes sure you have enough adjustability, so that you can still adjust the spokes (nipples) a bit for tightening or loosen spoke tension.
Then we apply the special Kit (lute) by hand to the rim. The Kit has been developed to withstand high and low temperatures, while remaining flexible.
Finally we finish it with a special air-sealed tape, to make it completely sealed.
The tubeless process is not applicable for all rims (for example 21 x 1.85 front rim). Rims also need to be prepared with a safety hump to keep the tyre on it’s place.
