Complete Sidecar Motocross Wheels
At Haan Wheels we make complete sidecar motocross wheels for the major sidecar manufacturers like WSP, VMC, Mefo, WHT and EML. The wheels are built with only the best quality parts available. The wheels are available in many colour combinations.
Rim size available are: 21-1.85 or 20-1.85 for the front wheels, 18-2.50 or 19-2.50 for the rear wheels and 16-1.85 for the side wheel. For the rear wheels we use extra thick spokes.
Each wheel set is assembled by our experience wheel builders and tested before shipping.
You order them, we make them.
Haan Wheels are built with our hubs that are 100% made in the Netherlands. The hubs are made from 1 piece billet 6082 T6 alloy on the newest CNC machines. Hubs are anodized and available in various colours. The sidecar wheels are made with hubs that have KTM specifications and are available with different axle diameters.
To complete the wheels we mount RK Excel rims that are made in Japan. These rims are made of 7000 series alloy and are for many years used by almost all top riders. The RK Excel rim keeps on being the best, strongest and most used rim on the market. Also available are Excel’s A60 rims which are 15% stronger than the standard Excel rim.
At Haan Wheels we use spokes that are made from a special stainless steel mixture. Our spokes have a 30% higher tensile strength compared to OEM spokes. The spokes keep a nice and shiny look when used in all weather and dirt conditions, thanks to the special stainless steel mixture. We also offer black spokes that are treated with a chemical coating.
